We're just miscommunicationing. Yeah 2016 was right around the time the board was cuck cuck cuck cuck cuck cuck, cucking this and cucking that. "Cuck" is just another word for 'doormat', when used in this context.
It's someone who doesn't defend themselves when they have every right to.
