C2 gives 11 mana/tick or 3850 mana over 35 minutes.
Ports cost 300 mana.
C2 allows you to port up to 12 more times than if you didn't have C2 in that 35 minute period.

If anything, the porter should split the next ~10 port tips with the enc that was nice enough to throw C2 on them
