So I have between 2 and 4 hours per evening to play EQ. Sometimes my friends are online, sometimes they aren't. Is there any place besides KC to get from 57-60 where I can successfully get a duo/group with a stranger before a significant % of my playtime is eaten up and, if i die, expect to be able to get a res in a reasonable amount of time?

Monks are always soloing bats and bugs in solb. Ask one to duo and move to LDCs maybe. They stay blue till 60 I believe. Probably slower xp, but certainly less drama.
