Are cops not this bad outside of vegas and new orleans? It's common knowledge in Vegas even looking at a metro pig is flirting with death. Lucky this guy is white, or he'd have been shot 18 times by with the assault rifle in the passenger seat (no really, the passenger seat is replaced with a quickdraw mount for an automatic weapon in metro vehicles) for the "suspicious object resembling a weapon" he was filming them with.
