I finally gave up and did Mistmoore until 40.

BR is low to mid 30s. Ass/Sup is mid 30s to low 40s. Exe is high 30s low 40s. Lord/frenzy is low 40s to 50. 39 clerics can do Frenzy. Live side lower is similar.
