Hmm It's been awhile so my memory must be off! In this case I would recommend travelling to Erudin/hhk buying all of those songs (should only be like 10 total), and then you will only have to worry about getting the rest in Freeport/Kelethin which are only a boat ride and a couple of zones away from one another!
Now that I think about it I do remember looking for the bard guild in Kelethin, but I don't remember actually travelling there to buy ssongs like I do going to Erudin. My memory doesn't work right.
