His Darwinism aside, there are some severe behavioral deficiencies in poor black communities across the nation, it's plagued by crime, intolerance, racism, sexism, and abuse and has become completely isolated from any semblance on unity.
The fact that an African-American from inner-city Detroit has a greater propensity for violence, distrust, and intolerance than a true African from Kenya, the former has such a level of hatred for the establishment and shuns opportunity in favor for their isolation in their sect communities, and why the latter will reap the opportunity to further pursue well defined goals and obligations seems to indicate that the majority of African-Americans from inner-city America are cultureless and lack any sort of direction.
The lack of a culture, an identity, a purpose for a entire generation, an entire ethnic group causes major problems and fractures people in ways that cannot be healed. An African-American has a choice to adopt anglo-culture and always be seen as an outsider "fitting in" ideally but never realistically they'll emulate success on our terms but we'll always see them as "African-American" and never just "American" the other choice of course is to shun assimilation and fall through the cracks of the system, people become deceptive, manipulative, violent, and selfish when the only thing they can rely on for survival is themselves which is usually dealt and regulated with violence.
In short:
There is nothing genetically wrong with African-Americans, their behavior isn't due to 15% more testosterone, or any other physiological anomaly. their behavior is a direct result of several generations of inferiority and intellectual suppression from economic, social, political and humanistic fronts, we've completely eroded away their African roots, we've forced assimilation after we ended segregation, we've instilled a victim complex and a barbarian mentality by constantly keeping entire groups of people down... Their behavior is like that of a dog that has been kicked too much, they've become opportunists of hedonism, never thinking forethought only acting, satisfying only their need to eat, sleep, fuck and survive and thus they've become violent and anti-culture.
