Weird, on Tunare Quivering Staffs were like 2x the price of Trance Sticks. Maybe the rarity is a bit off here. Quivering Staff was definitely rarer than Trance Sticks.

What lvl does trance stick proc? Until then it isn't really much of an upgrade. You will see instant results from the q staff.
