Possibly you are taking EQ Game as source, so it only will show the game itself.
You would need to pick up a scree region, the whole screen, so it shows everything shown on it: The game, Gina, desktop or whatever when you alt tab ...

Yeah I have the EQ client as source. Ill mess around with it and see if I get it to show.
