Do you guys ever lose sleep / have nightmares after too much gainz?
I cardio'd HARD yesterday and had a hangover that kept me up despite proper hydration/etc. And a nightmare, which is out of character. Any remedies?
PS: got gains; abs visualizing VERY well.

I usually never workout without some pre workout juice.. That being said, the caffeine doesn't seem to ever affect my sleep. Also- I never dream.. Don't know why haha.. I blame the sticky icky that was puffed during the good'ol days.
