On live I was a guide and when we found out that someone had shared their account with someone, we would add a soul mark with that info (permanent record on the account). If their account got "hacked" and stuff was lost etc. It was their own fault and would not be reimbursed.
Sharing accounts is always a bad, bad, bad idea. As is the case with all passwords, keep it complex and don't use the same password everywhere.
