The way it came down on the actual RZ server was, people would value no drop gear more than its stats would imply, and building a good no drop set was pretty much the overarching goal for everyone. People would also wear a couple droppable good items, and then if they felt they were going to get ganked, they'd bag them, or they'd pull an HP item to avoid the PVP death. Group PVP ganks were not all that common, really. Naked pvpers did happen sometimes, but they were naked so they were nothing more than a nuisance at worst.
