When someone says something is at least 50%, that means it's the main cause. Anything else would be a secondary contributor with less influence on the outcome obviously.
Therefore, you are agreeing that things like money (or whatever other variable you want to claim) is a secondary influence and not the main influence since you agree that's what the title says.
