It's disrespecting your guild. It's also suspicious. Why would you not want to represent your guild? Usually this means you are telling off people, being rude, stealing kills/camps/spawns, or training people. In other words, /anon usually means you are up to no good and even though you are anon doing it, you are still misrepresenting the guild.
A little trick I learned on rallos zek, type /guildstatus to see an anonymous person's guild.
Go /roleplay which makes you anon, but shows your guild tag. That's acceptable.
