Went my first whole week without alcohol in years last week. About to quit my job that makes me great money but makes me miserable. Drinking lots of water and have been weened off my trintellix (sp?) For months. This is all health. I had a little bit of a setback with my depression but I'm back and now I'm going to start my 5x5 routine tomorrow. 5'11" 150lbs love u guys 4 this elf health thread
