Repped 225 6x on the bench. In total I did 135 10x, 155 10x, 175 10x, 185 10x, 205 8x, 225 6x and a cooldown set of 135 10x at the end. Did decline as well but was pretty exhausted, plus incline dumbbell press and a bunch of cables and the seated chest press machine
Not as cut as mead for sure but I like having the competition and motivation. GAINs
