I had a really good arm day yesterday. Triceps are stronk as fuck. Was doing 3.2x my body weight on the seated machine dips yesterday.

That's not me, just a pic of the machine. It's the only machine I can really do for tris. Otherwise I just come up off the ground.
I did a lot of concentration sets too. Ended it with 50 dips.
Real excited to be back in it.
