I guess if we ignore socioeconomic upbringing and try to throw random statistics together in stark disregard of the bigger picture, then you might have a point. Ignore the disparity between the white and black populations. Racist pseudoscience makes me want to bash my head against the wall. Keep acting like history had nothing to do with the current state of black culture in America.
