Today was :
Dumbbell press x 4-5 sets of 6-8 reps
Decline barbell bench x 4 sets 6-8 reps
Throw in some calves to give my chest a little break
Flies on flat bench or machine x4 sets of 8-10 reps
Incline press on smith machine x4 sets 6-8 reps
Another calf exercise, sometimes I do some abs
Will finish myself off with as many pushups I can do x3 sets until my face hits the ground
Every couple of weeks I will change up the routine. I will start my day off with incline dumbbells or something like that.

Looking good bud. You ever do any cable flies? I prefer those to ones on the bench
