I was just in the bear pits by myself for a little over an hour for the first time in a year (was on hiatus). I was doing the normal break charm at 2% use ES vams to kill the rest of the way. I used to get 1-2% per bear, I specifically remember, and now I am getting 1% per 3-5 bears. I made sure to stay there for a while to make sure it wasnt just the first couple mobs or something.

Also, in the past charm was pretty consistent as was root, now root has been breaking on average 1-2 times per mob, and charm breaks 1-2 times if not more each fight. Ive had to WC cap out twice now, the second time was my last straw.
