Not exactly anime, but perhaps some otaku here can correct me, but I found the AGGRETSUKO mini series quite "normal" in its theme and issues, for a Sanrio animation it is indeed quite good, because it deals with typical work related issues in Japanese culture, very tame and normal despite the funny theme of a red panda being a death metal fan
