It's not just these changes. I can't seem to find mention about changing the guards AC/HP and possibly damage output?
With the guy I charm, I use to smash some of the light blues, now the same one takes forever to kill? Don't even get me started with the dark blues.....a charm lasts less than 1 minute with 220 CHA....
Oh well, I haven't logged in for more than like 4 hours in the past month, no big deal I guess.

never be able to spend 100 hours per level sitting in a group somewhere ( now being nothing more than a buff bot as well). Whatev
