Get the Pic on your comp or right click it in browser and copy image url.
Go to imgur.com and choose to upload and image. Upload if you have local file, paste url if it's from the web. When Pic is uploaded the page will reload and display your image. Mouse over the upper right corner of the Pic and click the drop down menu. Copy the BBCODE. Paste here
