Aren't there a ton of pre-nerf CoS around still? I remember trying to camp it on my Necro back before nerf & the camp was pretty much perma camped 24/7 (usually by same people all the time). Did a bunch of them get wiped out in rmt bans or just people quitting that had a bunch of them?
You definitely don't "need" one to play a necro but once you've got used to having it, it really is irreplaceable.
