Brood Mother can be amazing cash flow. Far better than anything else just because of BP Gem drop rates/difficulty. Drop rates can be wonky. I'll go 4 hours with nothing, then 3-4 in an hour. But if flawless are still selling at 4k a pop, it averages out pretty well. Plus the chance of Velium staffs that sell for 10k~.
HS South/East can be profitable, but you're more on a lottery hunt. The hour to plat ratio is much lower.
If you're a boss enchanter, then popping off a few PH's in SG to get the shimmering sea spirit is probably the best lottery camp in the game. But difficulty/rarity is much higher then the others I listed. You can also sell neriad shawl drops there, and make a nice chunk of change.
