Boom. Non-Fatty here! Success story time- Skateboarding and sports kept me active all my life. High School ended, and I fell off.. 1 Meal a day, consisting of a proper wendy's run. Multiple burgers, ranch dressings and fries. Then i fell off the skateboarding game, why? Cause that sticky icky... Went through that phase in my 20's.. Then in the late 20's. My hair game was slippin. That shit was thinning.. I decided at that point, you can't be fat AND bald. 1 or the other is ok, but not both. So it began. Right then and there. Ran every day at an empty hospital lot. Did pull ups on a tree branch every lap. And that's a rap! Now i'm in the gym 6 days a week, making proper gains, and smashin those healthy calories. I look good, and feel good. I was 165 and 5'8 at my unhealthiest. I'm now 145 and 5'8 at my healthiest. Lean, and mean. Psyche i'm lean, and very nice [You must be logged in to view images.
