A lot of people are camping royals now. It is pretty easy to get a pug and guide them to getting this done. My advice is to stay in sol b until you find a group. It is really important to learn the spawning mechanism for targin, and it is really easy as puller to have control here. What you want to do is around 3-4 AM gametime stop pulling that the king room (make sure his PH will be up at 7 with the 22 minute respawn rate). At 7 am, targin's PH will despawn, and around 8 am hopefully targin will appear. Repeat the process until needed, and make sure your group understands the goal and process here.

so youre saying kill as a normal group until 3-4 AM game time then leave the king room where targins PH is alone until 7 AM where his PH should depop and (hopefully) respawn as targin at 8 AM game time. If he doesnt spawn at 8 do i continue pulling as usual till its time to repeat the process. And can targin spawn at any other times? thanks for the response!
