I shop at whole foods, trader joes, and occasionally target. I don't buy shit food and my keto diet doesn't consist of pork rinds 3 meals a day. There are plenty of healthy keto guides out there. If you think eating pork rinds and bacon 3 meals a day is a great keto diet then you probably deserve what's coming to you anyways.
