I shop at whole foods, trader joes, and occasionally target. I don't buy shit food and my keto diet doesn't consist of pork rinds 3 meals a day. Lots of greens, especially above ground grown veggies, avocado, eggs, lower carb nuts such as macadamia, fish, steak, chicken, cheese, plain yogurt, etc.. There are plenty of healthy keto guides out there. If you think eating pork rinds and bacon 3 meals a day is a great keto diet then you probably deserve what's coming to you anyways.

I wouldn't strictly say that's a keto diet. I eat a ton of veggies and some fatty fruits like cados and olives. But I feel u 100%
I'm poor so I add unprocessed grains n rice. Bread made with animal fat is good for poor ppl whoer starving n just need carbs n energy.
