I've never seen an american do keto aside from trying to eat bags of beef jerky salty porkrinds and shitty frozen skinless chicken for an entire month. The results are always horrific.
I shop at whole foods, trader joes, and occasionally target. I don't buy shit food and my keto diet doesn't consist of pork rinds 3 meals a day. Lots of greens, especially above ground grown veggies, avocado, eggs, lower carb nuts such as macadamia, fish, steak, chicken, cheese, plain yogurt, etc.. There are plenty of healthy keto guides out there. If you think eating pork rinds and bacon 3 meals a day is a great keto diet then you probably deserve what's coming to you anyways.
