As the page you linked said, it was "Given out in a GM event." The staff here don't really do classic GM events, and even non-classic one like the Llandris vs. Filbus fight are rare, so it is extremely unlikely that you will see that item here.

It's not important, and I'm sure the staff will know what you meant, but ... the developers and GMs aren't the same people, so it's like you are thanking P99 Customer Service in a bug report for P99 Engineering
