ring. Not instant, but better than the nerfed CoS 5 second cast time.

It wasn't farmed 24/7 for 5+ years on Live. Elder Bead's only dropped for 4 or 5 months on P99, not 4 or 5 years.

Ice Silk Pants go for 14k because they are expensive to make and have like a 50% chance of failing the combine. If a tailor buys the mats paying 1k per Ice Burrower Silk it's close to 7k per combine.
