Looking for some info on Trooper Neozite & Legion Lager Quest. Allakhazam has few details, but it looks like he disappeared in 2000 (soon after Kunark launch).
- Has anyone seen him on P99?
- If so, does he have a Placeholder or a Spawn Timer?
