If the EQ client cannot write to its own directory (permission issues), it will likely save stuff in AppData. This is a common problem for those that put their EQ folder under Program Files. Can simply move the EQ folder to a different location to fix it
Might be in this location or something similar:
C:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Pr ogram Files (x86)\Sony\EverQuest
