Those hp rings are probably the best value item in the game.
Also try to pick up a cheap +5 or +6 stat neck from Western Wastes. Theyre not expensive anymore. At lev 35 you can get there as a rogue just get skyshrine key or clicked through - make sure youre sowed as youre going to be doing a lot of sneaking if you do go
