then mods(gods) go back trace all pp donations and items transactions that has ever happened as a result of a port/rez/corpse summon/ and work out a mean value of what a those services were worth. Then get a high mean and a low mean.
Then mods(gods) backtrace all the service providers and the tippers with their share of the Free Port Coin. (if u ported for free you get the high value mean, if you got a big tip, you get the low mean and the tipper gets the high mean.
