Same Issue
I have had this same issue tonight. I have been playing fine nights before. Today I either..
A. Can't connect to server
B. Connect with SpellFile error at character select
C. Get disconnected when trying to zone in.
I have reinstalled the V45 files and I have ran the All in 1 installer multiple times. I still end up in the same circle.
