The lvl 32 song isn't supposed to have an icon. It's instant mana pump, not a buff, that's why you can play it twice per tick and double the mana or multiple bards in the same group can chain cast it and it will "stack"
I never really used the lvl 20 one but I don't think it should have an icon either, only the 34/55 Cantana's which last 3 ticks are actual buffs, and they can't be pulsed to increase the mana regen per tick.
