and in this particular case,
TOTALLY exonerates the police regarding this shooting (that BLM mind you is still shutting down freeways protesting claiming this guy dindonuthin) So it's in both their best interest to fight crime / prove that they dont always use excessive force when someone unarmed is shot by police.
