Lguk live side. No one ever there. The mino room(raster) camp is the best. No casters outside of the mino pat that will sometimes spawn as the roamer.
Breaking the camp is the hardest part, after that it's some of the best exp until you ding 48. If a monk is there just for raster, they usually don't care if you take the mobs.
