I'd hang around in every bar in Norrath and buy free drinks for all. Maybe bribe a developer to make it so they couldn't open the bar door until the maxed Alcohol Tolerance too.
With any left over I'd ask for the title of Politician and walk around handing people money while muttering something about spreading the wealth distribution equally around the globe.
