Yes reasonable of course, but its a risk that GuildB is taking knowing that they cannot properly 'deal' ( distract, bribe, or otherwise neutralize in anyway ) with the server staff should GuildA actually petition their shit move. Puts GuildB in such an awkward spot that they could actually eat a 30-day raid ban when caught out behaving like arrogant self-entitled twats.
