Socialist is different because they say they want to help working people they actually mean it...the environment and the race stuff is the bullshit part for them very few of them actually about.

I think that on a macro-level socialized medicine has been proven (it's not really something you can honestly debate) to provide the same quality of healthcare for a lower overall price to the country. As Chase, Buffet, and Bezo's admit "It's a hungry tapeworm on the American Economy"
