Most people that willingly identify as liberal these days are big-city high income types that think racism and the environment are the two most important issues in the world. Bill Gates and Warren buffet are liberals...
Socialists are different because they say they want to help working people they actually mean it...the environment and the race stuff is the bullshit part for them (very few of them actually think about either a lot).
In many ways, Socialists and Liberals are enemies.
I think that on a macro-level socialized medicine has been
proven (it's not really something you can honestly debate) to provide the same quality of healthcare for a lower overall price to the country. As Chase, Buffet, and Bezo's admit "It's a hungry tapeworm on the American Economy"
Socialized medicine is my least radical idea...But its too radical for corporate Democrats that are essentially Republicans that care about race and the environment.
I'll let you figure out why I'm not paying everyone medical bills. Seems kind of like a non-sequitur to me.
