http://wiki.project1999.com/Guilds:Guild_List is a bit out of date. Someday I'll find the time to revamp it, but until I do it still has the playtimes of many guilds which are still around/active, so you might find that a good place to start.
As a West Coaster myself I'd recommend Anonymous, except they tend to start at 5pm PST (which I can only make because I work from home, and would probably be too early for you).
