Well... if you look at the first screencap you can see that the druid actually tried it against outremer first and said the phrase correctly.
Then she cheered and tried it on you and said it incorrecty due to low alcohol tolerance.
In the original instruction it had to be written out exactly. So pretty gray area...
Another interesting thing is the /who all crushbone which lists you there at the end. So did you gate back to bank? How convenient you gated back at the exact moment vowels was there spamming to people, but also drunk and so incorrectly saying it...
