As people have said the goblin ring is basically the most expensive thing you really need.
here's your list of priorities:
get to 190-200 CHA
increase int and raw HP (hp ring is good)
There's plenty of really good robes out there. I used Tolapumj robe from level 20ish and still wear it on a 55 ENC.
Rod of Insidious glamor is your go to mainhand. Remember you can instacast alliance off of it to refresh spell gems.
if you're gonna group a lot, higher int will be good
if you're gonna solo a lot, i'd stack hp as possible
with 9k, don't waste money on jboots. buy a few sow pots and they'll last a long time.
