I grouped with a Troll SK in Unrest last night....he was wearing several cloth pieces.
I saw him today in EC, wearing 100k of Kunark gear. Several pieces of Blood Ember, an Ebon Mace, Atra Shield etc.

If the only way you can imagine this happening is with RMT you're probably not too sharp.
