The biggest threat of a cheat is ninja Fungi Tunic regen. Only takes a few seconds of wearing it for a full regen at these super low levels.
HP rings also could be troublesome

Lets just say we Have Police. If you get caught with a Fungi or any other item cheating... your gunna have a hard time Getting that Fungi back off your toon.
