The people who choose to be dicks, treat us like shit, or break the rules can be made examples of. I go farther out of my way to help the people who are polite and patient than and paid mmo staffer would.
For the hundreds of people who cheer me on and thank me privately every day, and let me know how much the server means to them, there are less than a handful per night who throw a tantrum in public and warn of the impending doom of the server (it's been doomed for over a year now, can't you see the signs?).

I remember when you banned my main for "training" in crushbone.
I was a level 22 Rogue scouting for crush and aggroed ran to zone....I myself died in the train.
I sent several tells apologizing to the individual who died to my train. His response?
"LOL...you banned. enjoy"
5 minutes later I'm disconnected and banned. I remember I logged into an alt account and explained everything to you. Apparently, you have no record of me sending tells of apology to the person who died in the train.
Pretty sketchy.
